The diagram below depicts the placement of project elements in the corridor on Washington Street (Centennial Way), from 7th to 19th Avenues.  In addition, we've included the memorials which currently exist at Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza.  This placement is intended to provide County displays at intersections or natural queuing locations where pedestrians or vehicles will be looking for information.  In addition, the design is intended to provide both a vehicular and pedestrian perspective of all the elements.  Fifteen County displays (to represent each of Arizona's 15 Counties) are provided, each with information specific to the County.  Major shade structures are provided not only for the benefit of shade, but also to provide Arizona information, and nearby seating.  Just west of the County displays, as you approach the Capitol, you will make your way through the Tribal elements, paying tribute to Arizona's 22 Indian communities.
